What exercises work best to lose inches off thighs?
I have been training for almost one year with a trainer. In addition, I do cardio for 20-30 minutes 6 X a week and I weight train twice a week. I eat a very healthy diet and restrict alcohol to once a week. I have lost 20 pounds since September. I am 5'4" and now weigh 130 pounds. I am not obsessed with the number on the scale, I would love to lose inches off my thighs. I don't know what else I can do? I vary my cardio:biking, treadmill and eliptical as well as weight train until my muscle sare fatigued. I now see definition in my arms, back, and upper body as well as developing definition in my stomach, but my thighs are NOT improving. Need help, I would like to set a new goal, but I don't know how to achieve my goal of thinner thighs? Please help! http://i348.photobucket.com/albums/q343/mcotrona/Wedding123.jpg Check out link/picture, for a better idea of what I would like help with..thank!

- The stair master is one of the best machines for your thighs. Its a cardio machine.. it basically looks like a huge moving staircase. I do it on the interval setting to burn fat.. but it also reallyyyyy makes my thighs sore. I used to have weird cellulite right under my butt cheeks and my inner thighs were kind of saggy (it sounds nasty.. im not fat, but my thighs were a big problem). These problems are gone. My thighs are really toned now. So i would recommend the stair master on interval setting on a high level (above 13) for about 25 minutes.. if you can reach that (its really exhausting at first).. more time is even better
- instead of killing yourself with hours upon hours of regular cardio.. try hitt or high intensity interval training.. its a form of cardio you can do on your treadmill or bike etc., basically if your max level is 10 on scale of 1 - 10 run or bike at level 9 for 40 seconds then drop it down to level 2 for 90 seconds then back up then down.. you can research hitt on the web for more details.. also best leg excercises you can do.. squats, lunges, try doing squats on a stability ball,, but ,make sure the ball is wedged between somethin 1st ie wall and chairs, doorway, weights etc,, so it wont roll while you're on it.. it kills your thighs
- Contrary to the claims on these weekend infomercials, you cannot just pick where you will lose weight. All of us would love to never lose weight in our face, sagging, with the aging process. Nature is not always as we would like it. You are probably an attractive young lady. Please do not obsess over your thighs. No one has a perfect body. You are more than just one physical quality. Try getting off your own case for a few weeks. You will surprised what a difference it will make in your life.
