What are the most effective exercises I can do to lose 2 inches from my back. Im a 36C and want to be a 34c?

- Not possible to spot reduce. You may just end up losing 2 inches off your boobs and end up a 36A cup size. Maybe just try and be happy with what you've got and not try to be 'perfect'.
