TRY THE CARDIO 3 TO 4 TIMES AWEEK/. U SHOULD DROP WEIGHT .. UP TO 3 LBS PER WEEK ... OR AT LEAST 1 POUND PER WEEK..... JUST BE PERSITENT AND PATIENT .. UR RESULTS WILL BE UR MOTIVATION
