How to lose inches


How can i lose inches off my theighs?

because i walk about 5 miles everyday just because i walk with friends so i dont even notice all the weight im losing. but for some reason i cant lose inches off my theighs at all. my stomach and waste are gettin smaller but not my legs. so that doesn't make much sense to me. can anyone clear it up for me?

  3. cardio and focus on exercises that work out your legs

  5. lots of pilates and a low carb portion controlled diet added with walking daily
