How to lose inches


What can I do to lose inches in my waist and thighs, but not my breasts?

I'm 5'3" and 136lbs. I wear a sz 8 in pants. So i'm not too concerned with losing pounds, just a few inches. Mostly in the waist and my inner thighs. I'm afraid that if I start working out that I will lose weight/inches in my breasts as well, and I don't want to do that at all. How can I prevent that from happening?

  3. You can't, your body will decide where to take the fat from. If it wants to take it from your breasts, it will take it from there. Nothing you can do about it, just keep working out to lose that extra weight and if you are that concerned about your breast size...well I dunno....
