How to lose inches


What is the best way too tone, strenghten, and lose inches on your thighs?

I am having problems with my thighs, I need to tone them, strenghten them, lose inches round my bottom and thighs, any suggestions for workouts or dietary supplements that is good for thighs, buns to fasten the calorie burning or to raise my metablomsisum?

  2. Honestly, it's 80% diet if you want to lose inches. But, a few suggestions for exercises are; straight leg dead lifts, squats, lunges. Those are large muscle exercises that will tone your legs, glutes, lower back. Those exercises also burn a lot of calories. Start with those and then do isolation exercises (example: leg curls, etc). Combine that with running, jumping rope, and stair climbing.....and you'll have a great place to start.
  3. For exercise, run, don't walk. For taking something out of your diet, take out the sweets. If you like dancing, fast aerobics that gives you a whole body workout is the best. A lot of people ignore, don't believe, or try to cheat themselves into believing sugar is not as bad as fats or rice or pasta. The thing is that any nutritionist with a doctor degree would confirm that the body prefers to take sugar, if given, and dump everything else you eat, because it can process it easier to get instant energy, but the consequences are really bad. Some people say: But I eat healthy, vegetables, lots of fiber, fish. Yes, good, but if you eat that but also eat lots of ice creams and candys and cakes, all other good stuff is just passing through, untouched, and you get fat. Misteriously!
