How do I make an herbal body wrap to lose inches?
I would like to make my own body wrap to lose inches. What herbs do I need to buy to make the herbal wrap and any good/cheap places to buy them? I know I need to wrap with ace bandages and a thermal wrap over the top. I know most people believe it is just water loss, but I've heard several say the inches stay off for weeks, not hours. Even if it is water loss, I still want to try this.

- Wraps don't work. They are only temporary, it's water weight that will come back.
