How to lose inches

What is a really effective way to lose inches, as well as weight?

Prom is comming up in a couple months and my dress is strapless. So I need a workout that will help me strengthen and tone my arms and shoulders. I also need to lose a couple more inches around my waist. Nothing to dramatic just slim down a bit. Also I have a very busy schedule between school and work during the week and on weekends my many council meetings! So I need a workout that won't demand major amounts of time. So if anyone knows anything...let me know!

  1. push ups sit ups side bends and cardio 30 mins aday.plus cut down on food intake.also jumping jacks
  2. If you have 8 inches (20cm)difference between waist and breasts size its normal, If u want an ideal figure u may loose a little more your waist size or to get enlarge your breasts size
  3. I would suggest trying cleansing your body. I found cleansing to be the best weight loss program. I have ever tried. I lost 12 pounds in a week and 29 pounds in a month. I feel better since I removed the toxins from my body and shed some unwanted pounds. I did weight watchers, Jenny Craig and Medifast. I found that cleansing was the best since I saw results quickly and that kept me motivated to stick on the program. 4. I found this on this website. There are more tips and info. 1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure. 2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program. 3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily. 4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week 5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds 6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks 7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary) 8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic 9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food 10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison 11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started 12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the diet Go to: http://loseweighthappy.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=119&Itemid=62
