what is the fastest way to lose inches without exercising?
i wanna lose about 3 or 4 inches all in my core. and i wanna do it as fast as possible. can you help me figure out what to do to help ?

- It is hard to target a specific area of your body to lose weight in. You cant say to your body "I want the fat on my stomach gone by tomorrow morning" and it be gone. Try to eat healthy foods. Meat is low in calories, as are fruits and vegetables. Don't drink anything but water. Exercise would help you lose weight a lot, but if you really don't wanna do that then just eat really healthy.
- Drink a glass of water before every meal, eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day, don't eat after 7pm, and stretch. Stretch when you get up, and stretch before bed. You can even stretch in the middle of the day if you want. Stretching is a great way to help lengthen you muscles without exercising.
