How do I lose inches off my waist?

I want to lose 2-3 inches of my waist, it is around 27 inches right now. Are there any exercises or anything I can do?

  4. TV and magazines might say its hard but its really easy.... Exercise 10 hours a week and less calorie intake... crunches also
  5. I lost 42 lbs by working by butt off. I would do the stepper or treadmill 30 minutes 3x a week at the gym then use the nautilus weightlifting machines for an hour. I was painting my house at the time in the afternoons and at night - inside and outside. I was hiking 3 miles round trip up steep hills 3 nights a week. I drank a lot of water and ate 1/2 of what I wanted to eat. It work. Then I pulled the tendons in my feet and hand to cut out hiking and treadmill. I gained 5 lbs and freaked out after all that hard work so I went on weight watchers. I went on weight watchers and lost 14 more pounds. It works! You can go on the points program or their recipe program. It really does work if you work their system and this is what it entails. You have a checklist that you have to follow religiously everyday. You have to drink 8 glasses of water a day. You have to have 6 portions of fruits and vegetables a day. You have to have 3 low fat dairy products a day. You have to take a multivitamin daily. You have to count your points which is a ratio of the total calories, total fat and total fiber in each portion of all the food you put in your mouth. You are allowed to eat so many points a day then you are done eating. It really does work if you keep to it. Check out their website.
