can anyone tell me how to lose about an inch around my thigh area in one week?
cos i have to wear my pants that i can fit very well. i want to lose an inch around that area. what kind of exerices to do how many lunges would u recommend?

- for get the lunges just get on a tradmill and do pull ups.

- I don't think you have time for a whole inch (especially if you were talking about an inch from each thigh), but you'll see improvement with aerobic exercise. My friend dropped a lot of weight quickly using swimming. Walking, climing stairs (my favorite), or just about anything that gets your heart rate up for a long time will help. I think to see results in just a week, you'll have to go on a major diet (eat mostly rabbit food, with a little low-fat meat). If you aren't worried about the one week deadline, you could lose weight fairly quickly with better exercise and minor diet changes--just watching what you eat and not eating as much of it.
