How to lose inches

lose inches fast

How can I lose inches, but not weight?

Although I am in the healthy weight range for an 18 year old, I still have a disproportionate lower body. Is there any way that I can lose inches from my abdomen, hips and thighs, and still remain the same weight?

  1. A shrink wrap.
  2. if you start working out to tone instead of just lose weight you will get muscle which weighs more then fat. so you will look toned but maintain the same weight.
  3. Get a fitness instructor, who would make you a proper diet and a work out session, so that you lose the fat but substitute it for muscle mass.
  4. ur doing fine.... Just try when ur hungry even tho u already ate try a glass of sparkling water. DONT STARVE UR SELF! and dont completely cut out calories, ur brain needs them. 30% or the calories u eat go to ur brain. Try this work out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixQGJ3Ja-... and there r many other online. Oh ya my work out is 4 sets of the vid up there and 4 sets of crunches too. 4 sets of 10 each. Good luck :)
  5. WEIGHTLIFTING !!! I'm serious.
  6. Go work out at the gym and work out. Muscle weighs more than fat, so gain muscle, that way, you can loose inches of fat, but gain muscle and remain in your ideal weight range.
  7. The key here is to lose body fat by doing aerobic exercises (15-30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week) while also building muscle mass by doing strength training (I would recommend crunches, squats, and lunges--exercises that work any muscles you want to strengthen and tone). That way you'll get looking and feeling better. Don't worry about becoming bulky; your muscles will simply become toned, stronger, and more dense. Weight in muscle mass is healthy weight.
  8. try the lil jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezris
