how to lose inches off of thighs?

ok so i'm petite and pear shaped and i really want to lose weight off of my hip and thighs. it's the first place i gain weight but also the last place i lose it. :( can anyone give me any tips or suggestions on how i can lose weight in those areas?

  1. 5 days a week, jog for 20 mins, right after, do legs lifts. anything that breaks a sweat will burn fat! everywhere, especially legs!
  2. Reduce your calorie intake so that you actually lose weight and do lots of running to burn the fat. Drink lots of water and eat healthily too. Do squats, and lunges too. Hope this helps.:)
