whats the fastest way to lose 7 inches off my waist?

im 5 3 and 127 pounds im pretty much in good shape everywhere except my stomach my stomack is 35 inches and i really want to lose inches off my stomach please help me

  1. are you sure you measured correctly? I doubt it is 35 inches if you are 127 pounds and 5'3''. It is probably closer to 28-30.
