I lost inches off my waist...but I still weigh around the same weight?
I've been exercising a lot...and before i use to have a 27 inch waist...now its a 24..or( 23 when im not bloated), but i still weigh the same...atleast according to my scale....whats going on?

- You are trimming up, shrinking your fat cells, and gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Don't just rely on the scale, because it doesn't know the difference between muscle and fat. You are at a healthy waist size. Good job. Don't overdo it, though.
