losing 7 inches off my waist?
i'm in highschool.i'm a junior.college is about a year away. i've got sats, acts,debate team, drama club, leadership, two volunteer jobs and major studying to do to make up for the slacking off idid freshman and sophomore years. sometimes i don't get home till 10:00 at night and when i do, i'm exhausted. i sleep till the very last possible second and am almost completely unwilling to give up my extra ten minutes of sleep to get breakfast.i used to have a pretty good body when i slacked, but now i have no time,i have no money, my parents have no money, and i gained 10 pounds on birth control and an extra ten pounds from eating whatever i can whenever i can. im not allowed to eat in all but 1 of my classes. no money to buy lunch at school.sometimes i only eat one meal a day if that. and it's not usually healthy because healthy food isn't cheap or quick. it's getting out of control. what can i do? i'm not looking for a quick fix, but at this point i'll settle for a liquid diet or somethin it's not so much about looks, but i'm uncomfortable. like i said, i'm not looking for a quick fix, but i literally have no money for anything else. at this point i just want to get rid of it despite whether the way i do it is healthy or not. it's sunday so i was free for about half the day and i went hiking, but 1 day of excersise isn't gonna do. i go to a public school full of rich kids who can all afford gym memberships and such. i can't even afford to play a sport not that i'd have time. the price i pay for slacking off. now i've gotta catch up and it's damn time consuming.

- I don't think you should be worrying about your weight. Just get out of highschool.
- seriously - if you try to lose weight the unhealthy way - like starving yourself - you'll kill yourself. or you'll lose so much energy and either way you wont be able to study, volunteer- nothing. i think the reason you put on weight - and this is gonna sound silly to you - is because of how little your eating. because you eat so little, your body feels like it has to store what you eat - so even if you ate an apple and banana, and thats it for the day - your body turns it to fat and stores it - for a rainy day, you could say. i know its hard, especially because of all the things you are doing, and maybe exercise needs to be put on the back burner for now, just conentrate on eating and eating well. get up in the morning, have toast or cereal. an apple . anything to get your stomach going. do you not have a minute in between classes? a chance to go to the toilet? i knows its gross but you could bring a sandwhich in your bag and eat it really quick somewhere. its not ideal to eat quickly but its even worse to not eat at all. i really think you need to focus on eating properly. exercise is great but if your not eating properly you wont lose weight. you are doing so much, you need to take after yourself. try drinking smoothies or breakfast shakes or something - at least they might fill you up or get some nutrients in your body. your life is more important than your weight.. dont look after your life and you wont have a weight to worry about! good luck x
- well, too bad my sister ain't here. if she is. I'll tell her to help you. she'll afford a Private gym work out for you in seconds. it's no prob. just walk a lot and exercise a lots. don't give up. work through it.
