How to lose inches


is there any way of losing 5 inches off my waist and 3 off my hips?

with none off my breasts? and is it likely that if i lost the 5 inches off my waist and 3 off my hips, id lose my breasts. (36" bust)??? PLEASE HELP!

  1. When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.   2. When I lost weight... I lost it everywhere :( sorry, but from everyone I have ever talked to they lost it in there breasts also. A friend of mine. who was not overweight to begin with 145lbs maybe?? lost even the small ones she did have.
  3. You can't lose weight from a certain area only. What you can do is lots of cardio like running and cycling to trim excess inches. Visit chiliving.com for a great running or walking program! To keep your breasts you need to build muscle on your chest. You can do this by using 3,5 or 8 pound weights, lie on the floor with you arms out at your side and your elbows bent and then lift your arms up targeting your chest and pull them together.
