How to lose inches


Need help in losing inches off waist???

It seems like i keep yoyoing with my weight, i excerise and drink lots of water..nothing seems to work..pleaseeeeeeeee help. I'm going through a tough time at home with my son and stressed out at work, not sure this has anything to do with it but you never know right. I need to do this for me but not sure where to start anymore. Thanks for taking the time to read this and trying to help.

  4. it won't happen overnight, but if you've got a solid regimen, eventually you will see the improved results. it's not possible to target specific areas, so you'll have to be patient and determined if your waist is the most stubborn to fat loss. in my case, i am bottom heavy, and when i lose weight, it comes off from the waist up almost immediately, and i certainly can't afford to get smaller there!! you should begin with your nutritional intake. what are you eating? what are you eating that's bad for you? are you eating enough? are you eating too much?   5. patience is a virtue. it does not lose n an instant. its a gradual process that needs a lot of perseverance. my mom have d same prob as urs. well, after months of dieting and exercising, she got more sexy and curvy. my mom was hot. and she's 43. believe me. .

  7. I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it. 1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism. 2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water. It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
