How do I tone up after losing 63 pounds? How soon should I see results?

I have lost 63 pounds since February 10th going from 209 to 146 and it seems like I don't have very much muscle after losing this weight so fast. I'm am fully aware that I have lost more muscle than fat. I would like to know what is the best way to build or tone up the muscle that I have lost so my body won't be so flabby. And how soon could I see results? Do I need more protein? I'm am only 5'3" so I don't want to build huge bulky muscles just tone up and lose inches.

  1. do lots of cardio and do strength at least 3 times a week i lost 80 pounds in 9 months and i am very lean and tones but i do have extra loose skin on my upper thighs and tummy its gross and it wont go away but do lots of cardio to get tone
  2. cardio and weights! If you want to lose weight(fat) and tone then do less weight and more reps! DOnt walk in the gym thinking your Superman! Even if you look like a wimp do light weights several times! Also dont take breaks between workouts! This really works! I did it myself!
