Inches Vs Pounds?
2months now that im on this "no grain no sugar"diet.first month, i lost 16pounds.2nd month nothing.no pound lost but i can actually see the difference.inches decreasing.why is that?when dieting,arent we suppose to lose weight thus shrink at the same time?when i lost pounds there was no difference.my jeans were still tight.now the stupid scale wont move but my cloths r loose.any idea why? ps: i dont work out.just walk my dog for 30min a day. so i dont think im gaining any muscle! i stopped running long time ago because it makes the muscle big, and i dont want that!

- muscle weighs more than fat. walking that dog each day for 30 minutes does build muscle. congratulations
- Any diet plan will assure you that your gonna lose many pounds in the first few months. That's because your losing water weight, after it's gonna take some time, more work. It's harder to lose tha fat than the water. If your gaining muscle because of running it's because your not cycling. Brisk walk 3-4 miles per hour 5 minutes......kick it up to a speint for 1 minute.......bring it down to a jog for 2 minutes....back to a brisk walk.........repeat total 4 times or about 45 minutes......4 times a week.
