  1. It's because you are converting fat into muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. As long as you are losing inches you are doing well! Good job!
  2. Inches is better than pounds, since pounds can be consisted of water, etc. The pounds will "come" after the third week.
  3. muscle is denser and weighs more than fat.
  4. Muscle weighs more than fat, you are probably gaining muscle, but loosing fat. Just keep at it, and try not to pay attention to what the scale says. I just answered a similar question, so I am not going to type it again, but look under my profile for more! Keep it up!
  5. Congratulations! What this is telling you is that you lost fat tissue and you gained muscle tissues. Muscle weighs! However, this is good weight. The more muscle you build the more calories your body burns. Keep up the good work! Cheers!
  6. means you are losing your fat , its good
  7. You havent lost pounds because you have added muscle mass. That is great! Muscle weighs more than fat, but adding more is a positive thing because it helps your body burn fat. Keep it up, youre on the right track.
