I started exercising and watching what I eat on October 28th; I do 200 sit ups and a 40 minute brisk walk every day--- My weight at the start was 204 lbs.---After 6 weeks, I feel better and can see a difference w/ my stomach flattening, and my clothes are fitting much better. But when I weighed myself yesterday, I was disappointed to find that I weighed 202 lbs...only a 2 lb. weight loss in 6 weeks...A friend informed me that it is quite normal to lose inches before pounds; Is this true?
