How to lose inches


Lose inches and pounds in 50 days?

I'd like to lose some weight, because i usually eat in a very healthy way but lately i guess (in a rewarding manner to myself, maybe? i can't believe my twisted mind actually thought that) i let myself indulge too much.. and therefore gained about 12 pounds in a month! O_o; I'm not overweight, but i'd feel much more comfortable with myself if i can manage to shed this nasty fat i gained due to neglecting my body. I can usually stick to a plan if i'm given one, and i'm very motivated. I'd like to lose at least 15 pounds, if not 18-23, in a span of 50-65 days from today. Is that even possible with hard work, a healthy diet and some excercise? And if it is, does anybody know a good plan i should follow? (please keep in mind i can only excercise at home, run, jog or walk, because i can't go to the gym right now) Thanks so much in advance!

  2. Try drinking nothing but water and try cutting back on sweets. Be sure to exercise every day for at least a half hour and you'll begin to notice a difference in a few weeks!

  4. I have seen/heard of many men and women making great changes in 50 days. Its all up to you and how commited you are to losing the weight, making sure your eating healthy the whole time, eating fresh greens, fruits, whole grain that are in bread, oat meal, cream of wheat, wheat thins etc. never eating canned goods, becuase canned goods have a lot of sodium in them, which contribues to wieght loss. If you can only do cardio at home, I would suggest jump roping, becuase 15 min of jump roping is equivilent to 30 min running, so 30 min jump roping is the same as 60 min running, catch my drift? And the tool is only about $3.00, its also nice because you can stand in front of your t.v. and do it, and it helps take your mind of the pain. And make sure yur drinking a lot of water, because you need a cup for every pound you lose
