How to lose inches


losing inches not pounds?

i have been taking apple cider vinegar complete and green tea supplements from gnc...is it possible that i'm losing inches instead of pounds? i have only lost about 4 lbs but my clothes are fitting a little better and my tummy looks flatter...also if this is happening,how do i start losing the pounds?

  1. exercise a lot and don't be drinking that all the time. Mak sure u do stay exercising b/c if u don't your just losing muscle not pounds or inches.
  2. Most successful diets have been shown to combine calorie restriction with exercise. To lose the pounds, you should think about porition control with healthy eating, and commiting to a regular exercise routine.
  3. the one thing every one hates to hear EXERCISE. the regiment you are using is more of a body cleansing regiman than anything else
  4. Congrats on the inches, keep it up. You must include some sort of exercise in your regime though, dieting and supplements will help lose the inches and weight eventually, but also muscle. The exercise (preferable a bit of resistance training or weights), will help with building muscle (Hence losing weight 15% faster) lose inches and weight. Diet is still hand in hand though. You must consume less in order to have a deficit in weight. Don't forget your 5-10 servings of fruits and veggies and you 6-8 glasses of water a day. Then your set. Good Luck :)
  5. if that's all you're doing, you need to also eat healthy and find some exercise you enjoy, like going for walks, they don't need to be marathons just a 15 to 20 min. walk can do a lot of good(you could get some of those weights that go around the ankles and wrists, that's a good way to add in weight lifting) also get some hand weights and while you're watching t.v. or talking on the phone you can be doing some arm exercises. Remember that once you start doing this you may gain some weight back, muscle weighs more than fat, but right now you could be losing muscle mass, you need to exercise.
