i need help on losing weight and inches and FAST?
i seriously need help. i weigh over 200 and am only sixteen. a size 18 jeans and XL shirt. I need a few different ways to excersise and lose weight-including a diet. tredmill gets boring after a while and i need help getting motivated and stuff. please give me any help you can. :D

- Do not starve yourself. Im having the same problem and Im the same size. Im trying to find a good diet pill now. But I need motivation to exercise. I know exactly how u feel. Maybe try getting an exercise buddy.
- when I was 16, I was overweight and my Dr said if I cut out sugar, breads, and fats I would lose fast. And I did .
- To get motivated, look at all the physically fit and lean females, and make it your goal to look better than them, b/c you have the potential to do whatever you put your mind to! Eat more vegetables, fruits, small portions of meats, foods with less calories. Going out running/walking a mile or two is a good way to start! The best time to run/walk is when you dont feel like it! Hope that helps! Oh btw, another thing you can do is put on some good dancing music that you can get down to, and dance away for a while!
- ummm ur little avatar doesnt look like ur overweight but, ummm try doin alot of crunches and stuff like that. you can run if u want. thats good thats all i have to say, so in all just work out for a month straight and you will be in great shape. then continue to do it and ull be skinnier. hope this helps
- boneless chicken breast is great for protein. i know the treadmill is boring, so try the elyptical machine. u burn more calories & it's better for ur knees and feet. if u drink lots of water, that will help too. the biggest thing that will help is the cardio on the elyptical though. try to do at least 45-50 mins a day on it & u will drop
- If you have Net Flix of On Demand or even a Blockbuster card, you can rent a new excercise video for each month, or even each week! This way you will NEVER get bored doing the same routine every day. I definitely suggest the Denise Austin videos, especially the target toner. She makes the exercises efficient, so you feel them after just a few minutes. That way you don't need to spend hours working out. Or try Pilate's, or Taebo! The possibilities are endless! - If you are serious about wanting to lose weight and get yourself healthy you can take a look at my profile, I use Herbalife products. I can tell you that I really love them and they work well and quick! Ask a parent to do this with you! And, I love that it's purposed/designed so that I don't feel hungry, who’s going to stick to something if they want to eat all the time ya know! In my opinion, (in part) it's not so much about weight sometimes as it is shape. Try to gain lean body mass. I use the shapeworks program and I really enjoy it. Whatever you choose make sure it's right for you, and good to your body! I can also tell you that it's given me a lot of good energy, I feel so great! - Starving yourself, going on fad diets and/or taking diet pills will help you lose weight fast, but they are not safe and the second you stop you gain the weight right back. The one and only safe and effective way to lose weight and keep it off is to develop healthier eating habits and start working out. Even if you just walk around the block once a day, or take the steps instead of the elevator, then that's a start. Also, make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Cut out your sugar intake and drop the fatty, fried foods! It is a slower process, but it is safe and has better long-term results!

Ask your mom to make healthy meals and keep temptation away by not buying unhealthy snacks. Have a family member remind you to exercise. Get your friends help by having them monitor you to make sure you don't try to sneak unhealthy food into your diet. #4 Talk to a doctor If you're really overweight, go see a doctor for advice and a plan on exercise and dieting. Try reading "You: On a Diet". It offers practical information about why diets often fail, how your body gains weight, etc,. It really helps to know these things instead of just thinking "calories and soda=bad, exercise and little food=good" I think you are doing a great job by tackling your problem of being overweight!
