Is it possible to lose weight scale without losing inches from your waist?

I've lost 4 pounds but my waist has not lost a few inches. Any ideas? Thanks!

  2. i know there are specific exercises you can do to target certain areas, like pilates. you might want to give that a try while you keep on your diet or seek advice from a trainer from a gym.
  3. yes, it is possible. always remember that it is not just our waist that has fat. almost all parts of our body has fat, that's why when we lose weight, it means that we lose from all over other body parts (not just from the waist).
  4. You probably just lost some water weight. If you're a skinny person, every pound shows, but if you're on the larger side, 4 pounds are not going to make much difference.

  6. Hello to you. When you loose weight it comes off evenly over the whole body. Usually the waist and hips store more fat than any other part of the body.   7. check your body girth proportion and see which part of your body is out of shape and exercise that part.
