- yes in the sense that you are sweating out water from your pores and tissues.. Which will last only as long as until your next huge glass of water.. You are in essense dehydrating yourself.. and once you start taking liquids again, your tissues will plump back up.. You need to do excercise and proper food management to loose real fat, not just water weight
- If you have a photo shoot or need to squeeze into a dress that is a little too small, then this is true. I am sure there may be other benefits, some cleansing effects but for the long term, unfortunately it is what it is even though we may not want to invest the time it takes the old prescription...diet and exercise but in all actuality, the diet part is really easy...it is just about modifying and maybe cutting portions, limiting fat and sugar dropping sodas and adding lots of water. The exercise, once you start doing it daily, you will wonder how you ever made it through the day without it...it gives us energy and strength....peace and control of ones mind and body. Anyway, the wrap thing I have heard they are expensive and if you have a tendency to be claustrophobic you may want to rethink and definitely if you want long term, you have to be committed to the big picture...life style changes....it will be well worth it in the long run. Sometimes if it is in your budget and you are comfortable with doing the wrap....the "quick fix" may give you motivation to get started on the long term goal...The key is live healthy and be happy.....hey if you try, let me know how it works for you. Good luck!!!!
