losing inches but staying the same weight?

im losing weight on my hips and ive lost 1 off my thigh one off my arm and calf but im still the same weight i dont get it plz help me out someone

  1. If you're working out, it's because you've gained muscle and lost fat. Muscle weighs more than fat but it means that you're more toned, so don't worry about it.
  2. because muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have more muscle than you did before then you might be the same weight.
  3. you're probobly gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. if you don't like that then maybe try changing your exercise program?
