losing inches but staying the same weight?
im losing weight on my hips and ive lost 1 off my thigh one off my arm and calf but im still the same weight i dont get it plz help me out someone

- If you're working out, it's because you've gained muscle and lost fat. Muscle weighs more than fat but it means that you're more toned, so don't worry about it.
- because muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have more muscle than you did before then you might be the same weight.
- you're probobly gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. if you don't like that then maybe try changing your exercise program?

- If your exercising, this would explain it. Muscle weighs more than fat. Your losing inches but gaining muscle weight. It all evens itself out eventually
