why am i not losing weight/losing inches?
i have been working out for almost 3 weeks straight now, going to the gym every single day for at least an hour. Im doing cardio for 45 min and weights the rest of the time. I already eat pretty healthy and im not on any drugs that would prevent weight loss or anything like that. Why am i not losing weight and why am i not seeing results?

- You probably are building muscle, don't give up, you will see the results. Give yourself a good 6 weeks. I bet you have lost inches.
- My trainer got me to rotate at the gym and one day I do 15 min of cardio, weights, then 15 more minutes of cardio and the next day I do an hour of cardio. I started drinking more water and cut back on my eating and I lost 4 pounds last week.
- Maybe this is just the way your body is supposed to be. I was on a diet in a similar situation and my friend ( who is also my fitness insrtuctor and coach) told me this is how I am and how I'm supposed to be. Or maybe something else is affecting your weight loss, like stress. Stress increases cortisol, cortisol increases 'fat.' Fat itself is used too generally these days; maybe you look great but you dn't see it in yourself.

- when you work out that much you are going to loose weghit you will loose inches and that the healthy way, becuse you bulid muscle when working out and muscle weghits more than fat
- I don't know if you ever saw the commercial but it was about a women and a man and they were losing weight and how the man lost more weight than the women, it was a commercial for some kind of women pill or something. Other factors may be going on the prevent you from losing a lot of weight, like stress, and lots of problems are just a couple. but if oyu have anythign bad going on then check it out. Also, you should try some aerobic and anaerobic execrises.
