  1. Lay on your side, holding your head up with your hand, and simply do leg lifts. Bend at the knee, keep your leg straight, also try bending the 'top leg' while lifting the bottom leg.... that will REALLY tone the inner thigh! It's a great 'activity' while watching movies, studying, etc!
  2. running is good for legs and u could acctually get a poilate (dont no how to spell sorry) circle for the inside of your legs but work off fat by running first before u use a piolate circle b/c that could build muscle on top of the fat and that makes your legs bigger. i run alot and my legs are in great shape and i used to not have good legs but it took me about 2 months to get my legs all muscle and thats what i did and now i still run but i am focusing more on the piolate now hope this helps!
  3. I just wanted to add that when you lose weight, the fat comes off all over your body. If you want to tone-up (sculpt) your body then you do exercises that target those parts.

Well most of my family has what you could call the big thighs and huge butts....I unfortunately don't but ive built up my legs and the best way ive found is to turn on some dance music and just dance your heart out it really strenghthens your legs as retarded as it sounds but give it a try its fun and it will actually wear you out but what have you got to loose...Also walking or power walking is another awesome way to build up some muscle and shed the pounds as well as jumping on a trampoline or a miny tramp while listening to your music its a great way to get fit all over your body...Whatever you do don't think that your legs are to large..I got thinking that about my waist area and i put on the pounds thinking it so just enjoy life and have fun with it and boost your self esteem and I promise you will see results!!!!
