its summer time and i want to lose a couple of inches on my thighs and tummy. i have aproxiamately 1-2 weeks to lose it. is it possible? i dont drink pop or eat junk food. the only machine i have access to is a stationary bike and a treadmill. please help!! its summertime and i want to wear my bikini! oh yea, im 5''4 and 120 lbs..i also want to lose weigt too.
