Help! Losing inches from waist?
I am happy with most of my proportions, having a 35 inch chest, 35 inch hips, 22 inch thighs, but my waist is a seemingly 'too-wide' 29 inches. I weigh nearly 10 stone, and am about 5 foot 6, so really my weight is alright, but what is a good way to lose inches from the waist?

- It won't happen overnight, but if you've got a solid regimen, eventually you will see the improved results. it's not possible to target specific areas, so you'll have to be patient and determined if your waist is the most stubborn to fat loss. in my case, i am bottom heavy, and when i lose weight, it comes off from the waist up almost immediately, and i certainly can't afford to get smaller there!! you should begin with your nutritional intake. what are you eating? what are you eating that's bad for you? are you eating enough? are you eating too much? You'll have to get your diet completely in order to make any solid and significant changes. Cardio is also very beneficial, as is lifting weights. Check out EXRX for more thorough information.
- Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
