Why am I losing inches without trying?
I'm not on a diet. I'm 5"5 and 110 pounds i have 110 for awhile now and all the time I felt like i was losing weight but i'm really not. I realized that i'm losing inches and i don't know why. I just want to know if anyone have any ideas on why I'm losing inches when I'm not doing anything. I don't exercise or nothing. I know when people stress they can lose weight and stuff and i thought that was it but I don't know. I want to gain my inches that I lost and gain more weight. I'm 18 years old

- you probably have a fast matabolism and have not been eating as much as you normally do.
- How old are you? Because maybe if you're at the stage of puberty, your body is transforming itself into curves. Most of the time women lose inches without losing the weight because they go else where i.e your bosom, hips, buttox, upper arms.
- It's possible it's a growth spurt. One year at camp, I ate like twice as much as I normally did, and I actually gained a few inches in HEIGHT, but not width. That being said, you may be losing inches because of a high metabolism... you may not be losing weight if you are gaining muscle (muscle is heavier than fat). Exercises doesn't have to be done in a gym or heavy workouts..... it can be from walking around a few steps at a time, it can be from gardening, cleaning, organizing, etc, etc, etc.
- Stress and anxiety cause weight loss. You can put on weight by relaxing more (try listening to music more) and eating more of a healthy food you like, such as cauliflower cheese.
