losing inches?
i want to reduce my mid-drift.. what's the best and fastest exercise to take off inches ?

- I did crunches & lost about 5 inches off my waist. Wish I'd have kept up w/ it, I should get back in the regimin.
- everyone hates it but running or jogging are the best ways to reduce stomach fat. also try ab workouts: crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, bicycles.
