How to lose inches


losing inches..?

okay, i suppose this is sort of a two-in-one question.. 1. my measurements are 32/25/36.5....don't my hips seem a bit out of proportion? 2. and since i think they do, i know you CAN'T spot reduce, but does anyone have a good idea of how to tone/tighten/lose inches off your hips? MINE ARE HUUUUGE (after learning my measurements i am freaked out)

  2. the only way to that is to exercise and target those areas. If you want to excerise at home a good dvd is Davina McCall - The Power of 3 or 4, its divided into sections, upper body, lower body and abdominals, so if you dont have time to do the whole you can do a part. The dvd is really good with music that fits the exercise, I hate exercise but this is good. Hope you succeed.
  3. We are all different shapes. Women are meant to have curves - ask men! My boyfriend loves my curves, which have never been measured! Don't get hung up on numbers, it'll just make you unhappy.
  4. dieting ,contact a proper dietician with lots of exercise.join a gym!!!or something like that.
  5. You are just pear shaped and your hips are far from 'huge'. Mine are bigger than yours and I don't consider them to be 'huge'....if my hips were your size, I'd consider them small. And most of the women in the hip hop videos have 40 inch plus butts. So you obviously have no worries in that regard. I wouldn't even worry about it, it's so not worth stressing about.
