How to lose inches


Losing inches?

If I walk a quarter mile for my warm up than Jog one mile than walk another quarter or two quarter miles for my cool out. And I practice my self deffence (At some point I'm starting karate) how many inches will I lose by January? When I said inches I meant inches off of my waist, thigh, and calves. When I said inches I meant inches off of my waist, thigh, and calves.

  1. LMAo tila doesnt need to work out, she needs to eat a hamburger or something, she has got no meet on her, though she thinks she does.....she sucks and she ugly too!
  2. Will you be eating and drinking a lot of tequila during this time? If not, maybe 2 inches. If so, zero inches.

  4. Abs are made 25% in the gym and 75% in the kitchen. It all depends on your diet. If you really want to loose inches and tone up, while eating healthy food, try "The Abs Diet." You can get that book for like $10 from Amazon.com and it uses normal food that you get from the grocery store.
  5. You can't say for sure because there are so many variables to throw in the mix, like your family history, your diet and how often you work out. But if you do the routine you posted above three time a week and eat healthy I would say you would probably lose an inch or 2 at most. Everyone loses weight at different speeds.
  6. Maybe two or three, with diet too.
