How to lose inches


Losing Inches??

Here's the story: I was at 105 pounds with 32 inches. Now I'm at 130.5 pounds with 35 inches. I want to lose the weight I gained, and be at the same 32 inches I was last time. I was riding my bike for about an hour each day, and doing 30 sit ups after every meal. Unfortunately, I won't have time for bike riding, because I'm going to be incredibly busy this summer. If I lose weight, and do the sit ups, will I be at 32 inches?? Right now, I'm not losing weight(trying to...not working out), and doing sit ups. It looks to me like my stomach area is getting bigger...what the heck??! Also, I have the "thunder thigh" thing goin' on. And I hate it. I'm taking a "gym" class, and the coach is making us lift weights. I do about 50 pounds, two sets of eight. Is this too much?? I've noticed my legs are a big less jiggly, but I don't want them to be big. I want them to be thin and not jiggly...it really bothers me...How can I solve this problem?? I'm 5' 1 & 3/4" I don't eat fast food, fried foods, I rarely eat candy, I don't drink soda or coffee...I eat quite healthy

  2. You asked therefore you give me permission to answer you as I wish. You have gained weight for the simple reason that you have lost faith in your body. Your body translates into mass what your brain thinks into thoughts. You are what you eat and you are what you think. You eat way too much processed food, you are paying the price for a lazy diet. Trust me, you will keep on gaining weight if you don't admit to your inexperienced in training the human body you wear. You are renting your body until your body no longer trust your brain. You have under your skull THE most advanced machine of all time. Your brain can speak to your body accordingly only if you eat healthy. Feed your body stale oils, feed your body processed sugar that is found in 90 % of the food you buy in stores, feed your body processed sugar drinks and keep on gaining weight. I was so stuborned , I went from size 2 to a size 16 at 5'2" ... Then I woke up and admitted I was a fast food addict, like an alcoholic admits at a AA meeting . My favorite was McDonald's Big Mac w FF and the chicken nuggets....yummy I thought.... the taste buds were addicted to the sugar, regardless if it was deadly to my body then I had a heart attack, few hours after I had a greasy stale breakfast burrito from a famous local coffee espresso drive thru who fried the ashbrown in stale oils when my heart seized and stopped, I knew I was responsible for my poor eating habits I had no choice but to take full responsibility for my stupidity and learn to eat properly so I could survive death so if you really want to loose weight, do it in harmony with your body with NO DEADLINE in NO TIME. You gave your body no deadline when you ate the sugar coated food why give your body a deadline to loose the weight of it. Discover how long it takes your body to heal on its own without the aid of no one but you, you , the spirit trapped in your precious brain ... I am now size 3-5, depending on the clothing company I have been eating raw vegetables and fruits so I could feel sexy again I lost 60 pounds when I stopped eating sugar coated processed food. I gave myself no deadline and simply watched how long it would take my body to loose the weight. It took 18 months, because I had to allow my body to decide on its own WHEN to shed weight, no gym or Jenny Craig or sit ups will give you what you wish for with the size of your body,.,,. you can only get the body you deserve if you deserve it. Lazy, uneducated brains can make your body VERY fat. So freaking fat, you are asking me to help you ... I lost 60 pounds without exercises because I was trained to trust my brain
