How to lose inches


I drank 4 bottles of water today? And counting?

Like said above, I drank four bottles of water today, and the day isn't even over yet! I was wondering is too much water bad for you? Because I've been trying to lose weight, and I was reading all these posts that said to drink lots of water-and that's what I started doing. I feel good about it though, (even if it means going to the bathroom more often) because I'm not as hungry and I don't feel the constant need to snack on something. Oh by the way, I'm a 14 year of girl trying to lose about 2 inches from the tummy. Thanks in advance! =]

  3. 8 glasses of water is recommended by the public at large but should not drink water like that girl who tried to win a contest and died. Remember everything in moderation!
  4. Water is the Best hydration for your body. Not only does it help you lose weight, but it has many other benefits as well. For example, better looking skin, helping the body rid itself of fat, toxins, and even (some say...cellulite!! Plus, adding a bit of lemon, or mint can always give zip to the drink...Zero calories and you can never have enough! Good for You!!!!
  5. Drinking a lot of water is very good for you. Typically, the recommended amount is to divide you body weight in half, then drink that many ounces of water per day. So, if you weigh 100 lbs, drink 50 ounces of water per day. Good luck to ya!
  6. hi! thats right you should drink tons of water. 14-18 year old are supposed to drink 80-112oz if water a day. it helps flush toxins out of your body (b/c u pee it all out) and if it is ice water it helps burn fat. i cant remember how but i know it does :) i am about to turn 14 and i drink a little under a gallon of water. i notice if i dont drink enough water my skin gets dry and stuff. it may be diff b/c i am down here in humid florida... but i dont know. oh and abotu it being dangerous? i think its only dangerous when u drink tons and tons and tons of water and throw off ur electrolites. you will have to look up more on that... but i think u have to drink gallons of water to do that. so no worries :) hope i helped!
  7. How much water does each of those bottles hold? Use the 'ounces' and 'add them up' ... if you drink MORE THAN a gallon (128 ounces) of water in any one day, you could 'drown yourself' from the inside ... but anything 'less than that' total should be 'okay' ... but you also need to 'eat a bit less' and exercise a bit more or you'll just 'get really flabby' and could actually be 'larger' than you are now even though you may 'weigh less' ... so BE CAREFUL and 'diet and exercise wisely' with ADULT SUPERVISION for both.

Drink water, eat lean meats and veggies and fruit.....get off the puter for 30 minutes a day and walk......plus , You are going through puberty, you will have a tummy for a bit....it will go away once puberty is gone and if you follow a sensible diet, start eating well now and it won't be so hard on you later on. :)
