How to lose inches


Advice on losing 7 pounds in 4 weeks?

I have gained around 7 lbs over the winter and christmas months. Does anyone have any idea on how much exercise I would have to do and what diet would be appropriate to lose 7 lbs in four weeks or is this unrealistic. Im 5 ft 6 inches and weigh 9 st at the minute. Im not looking to lose loads of weight just get back to my original weight of 8 stone 7 lbs and maintain it.

  2. That sounds about the right rate to lose weight. Just stop eating all those extra things you did over Christmas and up your exercise regime a little. Should not take too long to regain your figure.
  3. Special K ceral, they say you can lose 6 pounds in two weeks!!! What do you mean you weigh 8 STONE?
  4. It's simple. No bread, no potatoes and no fried foods. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (not too many bananas) Lean meat and loads of fish, baked or steamed only not fried. Stay away from desserts of any kind, just have fresh fruit or a glass of juice. I can lose upwards of 4lb a week by sticking to this regime.
  5. What works best for me is brisk walking. I use to walk 45 mins three times a day and lost like 4-5 kgs i.e is around 9-10 lbs in one month. Also check your diet cut down sugar considerably only tea or coffee if need be. No fried stuff and try going the subway for sometime. It helped me. Go for a subway( 6 inches) for every dinner without any sauces. If you prefer going to gym then ideally you should work-out atleast 1hr 15 mins daily and rigorously like 40 mins given only to cardio with heart beat check. Drink lotss of water and eat 2 fruits a day. Trt having very small meals like 300 calories at one time and have it 4-5 times a day rather than 600 calories at one time. Hope this works for you. Breaks down to: Protein-2-3 Veggies-4-5 Fruit- 3 Starch(carb)-2 (You can add one more starch if you'd like) Dairy- 1 Fat- 1 Free foods- 1 WATER ! Lots of WATER! More than likely you will lose 10 pounds or more. When I eat like this, I always lose a consistent, 10-12 pounds. Or,since you gained it so fast and recent, you can lose it fast by doing an organic juice, veggies, and protein plan for 2 up to 3 days. Drink 10oz. organic mixed juice throughout the day, 10 oz. per day and eat protein and veggies all day as much as you want. Lose up to 10 pounds. Make sure the veggies are like the negative calorie type and the protein are lean.
