I love to jog/run. So I'm going to start jogging one mile on the tretmill every night like I used to before field hockey season. And I am taking a four week self deffence cours and I am loving it so I am giong to start karate. Is this a good enough exersize to lose inches off my waist? And possibly thigh? These are things that I just love to do so if you have any other quick exersizes can do after school than please mention them. Thank you! Someone mentioned a product and so I just need to add that I am only thirteen and products are not something I can have.
