How can I lose as much weight possible in the shortest amount of time possible?
I am fourteen years old, at a height six feet and two inches tall, and a weight of two hundred and forty pounds. I live a healthy lifestyle, but somehow, in four months, I got to be one hundred and forty pounds. I need some help losing weight and fast. Please help me if you know how to. Thank you. - are you a guy or girll.. im guessing a guy? hey ok.. eat about only 1600 calories a day.. but you should talk to your parents and ask them to help you cut down

- you should take it easy. no use in losing as much as you can in the least amount of time... it'll run you down and you'll feel miserable.. just eat a balanced meal little and often and do some regular exercise x
- I hope u are a guy... If not than you have some serious weight issues. If you are a guy than you need to know that 140 pounds is not a lot for a guy. You need to loose weight by going to a nutritionist or just excersizing regularly and eating right so you can have a healthy life

- eat 5 smaller meals per day that total about 1800 calories. also do as much cardio as possible (but no more than an hour and a half per day).
