How can I lose as much weight possible in the shortest amount of time possible?

I am fourteen years old, at a height six feet and two inches tall, and a weight of two hundred and forty pounds. I live a healthy lifestyle, but somehow, in four months, I got to be one hundred and forty pounds. I need some help losing weight and fast. Please help me if you know how to. Thank you.   3. you should take it easy. no use in losing as much as you can in the least amount of time... it'll run you down and you'll feel miserable.. just eat a balanced meal little and often and do some regular exercise x
  4. I hope u are a guy... If not than you have some serious weight issues. If you are a guy than you need to know that 140 pounds is not a lot for a guy. You need to loose weight by going to a nutritionist or just excersizing regularly and eating right so you can have a healthy life
