Hi all.I have lost 15 pounds in 7 months....Four questions..Who can help?
Do you think this is a good weight loss or i could have done better.. .. i could have slowed down?. If i want to lose 7 ponds in 15 days .how many times in a day i can work out and for how much time as i have some free time at hand now I am under the impression that weight is lost all over the same..There are people who say weight is first lost here and last lost there where it is first gained is this a myth ? Last when an individual loses weight ,does a size drop of one inch that is 2.25 cm makes a difference in your appearance .I wonder whether anybody can help with all these question .It takes a bit of patience.Anyways thanks for reading i dropped two dress sizes .On the verge of dropping one more

- an adverage weight lose of more than about two to four pounds per week is to fast you have a greater likelyhood of putting it back on when you gho off the diet..a crash diet and a quick drop in weight is not the way to go it should be a permanet change in life style not necesarily less food but better choices and better portion control combined with a moderate amount of exercise. weight is lost equally over the entire body not just in spots although it seems to show in certain spots you still lose over the entire body frame
- I think this question is in the wrong category. There is a guy (FitGuy) who answers questions in the Health and Fitness category who is exceedingly knowlegeable about stuff like this, try him.
- Hi there! I'm glad you've lost weight, even 5 lbs goes a long way to making yourself feel a lot better! I've recently started working out more and eating less. In about 10 days, I've lost about 7ish pounds. I definitely think you could do better than 15 lbs in 7 months. 1 lb a week I think is pretty easy to do if you just cut out maybe 400-500 calories every day. Also, yeah, losing inches around the waist makes a HUGE difference! Most noticably, your clothes fit better! So yeah, it DOES make a difference in your appearance!! As far as where weight is lost (part of your body) I think that depends on your sex but don't quote me on that. Anyways, I'm glad you're suceeding in losing weight!
- 1 yup,its a good weight loss. 2 work out for about 3 hours a day n break it into half an hour each. 3 you'll loose weight only on the specific body part that you are working on. 4 ya size loss is quite visible.
