- Yes but you need more than that read some weight loss tips and articles on this site to help you lose weight
- Yes you will lose weight, make sure you eat some protein in your diet.
- u dont need to lose weight....
- If you keep up your daily activity then you should lose weight. But remember that when you diet and don't eat enough your body will suck all the fat from what you do eat. To me 1100 calorie diet sounds a little low but if that's what works for you I say go for it. Good luck.
- Well you're not exactly overweight but if you feel the necessity then you could diet but not more than 5-7 pounds. Yes a 1100 calorie diet will help you lose weight but you should also exercise. Another thing is that if you cut out carbs for about a week and concentrate on a high protein diet then vice versa for about a month, you will speed up your metabolism which is perhaps more important. You can do it keeping your calories at 1100. Good luck!!!
- You should loose weight with this calorie intake but you need to exercise too (sorry). Don't rely too much on the Special K products. Tests done a couple of years ago found that this range had more calories (or fat - I can't remember which) than the ordinary product. It certainly won't help you to loose weight. Bear in mind that you MUST eat sufficient protein to keep healthy as this helps you to replace muscle. Without protein you will be loosing muscle mass as well as fat and this is very dangerous. Remember, your heart is a big muscle and you can seriously damage it if your diet is incorrect. Calories are not the only thing that counts. Take care of yourself - your body needs you to treat it well.
- You can lose weight without the stress of counting calories which could cause weight gain due to impaired digestion. Don't eat the special K bars or cereal. Instead eat all raw food living food bars. Live bodies need living food. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk. But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets. So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Remember the above (not on site) and see site below to re-learn how to eat so you can be thin and fit for life. http://phifoundation.org
- A few things: 1. You're eating TOO MUCH sugar. 500 cals of fruit a day is not that good. You wanna cut back as much on sugar as much as you can. If you can replace 400 of those calories with vegetables, that would be great. 2. Make sure your salads aren't just iceberg lettuce and carrots.. make sure they have tomatos, cucumbers, raddish, cabbage, spinach, etc. in them.. or else they aren't nutritional. You need fresh vegetables to help you in so many ways. 3. Make sure the bulk of your diet is from veggies, beans and lean meats. Do not let the bulk of your diet come from cereal and bars, that isn't healthy. 4. According to your height and weight, 1500 calories is your BMR (basal metabolic rate). It's basically how many calories your body needs a day if you don't workout at all. Since I'm sure you work out and go to school and move around a lot all day, your actually daily calorie intake should be HIGHER than that. 1500 calories is only is you don't lift a finger. Since I don't know what your activities are everyday, I can't give you an exact number. But either way, to lose weight you needa figure out that number and THEN subtract 500 calories from that to get the amount you should be eating everyday to lose weight. 1100 is already too low is you need to eat 1500 when just sitting around all day doing nothing to maintain your weight. 5. Make sure not to eat too little. It may seem like a quicker way to lose weight, but it's not. When you eat too little, your body thinks it's starving itself and lowers it's metabolism and HOLDS on to it's fat... making it harder to lose weight. So you needa really find out a healthy daily calorie intake (that depends on your sex, age, height, weight, and daily activities). 6. SIDE NOTE: The healthy weight range for your height is anywhere from 108 to 140 depending on your body frame. So, if you were at the smallest body frame, you'd only have maybe a little less than 20lbs to lose. Don't aim for a lower number than that.
- No! Actually you will not lose weight on this diet. Probably you will only lose muscle. Then, when you start eating normally again, you will gain even more fat. You need to eat more calories than that to lose weight. Try not to count calories. Just don't skip meals, don't eat any processed foods, stay away from sugar and saturated fat, and exercise regularly. Also don't eat right before bed. You will slim down before you know it.

- Hello there You seem like you are pretty determined to lose weight. But you know there is more than just reducing you calories? Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. This website http://tinyurl.com/jax5h has great information regarding weight loss.
- STOP being a self concious teen!! You are 3 pounds under ideal cycling weight for your height, and cyclists are some of the most and arguably the most fit people. Gain some self esteem please. I hate seeing other teenagers unhappy about their weight. If you really are "fat" and by that i mean unfit in certain areas, a starvation diet like you are talking about wont do it. Find a sport you like (cycling, xc running) and do it. Diet alone wont do it for you, especially at your weight. cyclists can eat whatever they want since they burn it all up. In fact, they try to eat high carbohydrate food so they wont run out of energy. Find something you love and do it. If you are a girl, guys don't like bony bodies,a nd if you are a guy, well, girls really dont like bony guys. i can say that because i am a teenage guy. Find something you love to do and carry it on through the rest of your life as something to cherish. I can almost guarantee you can not maintain this diet for a long time (over a year), especially in college when people stop being naive and realize you shouldn't care hwat people think. Please stop and enjoy your life. the easiet way to lose weight is by enjoying yourself while doing it.
