Lose weight?
ok...I am 18 years old, 160 pounds, & 5'1 or 5'2. I have a big butt and thick legs. I looked up my BMI, and I am at the risk of being overweight. Is there something I can do to lose a couple of pounds. My goal is to lose about 10 pounds. I am not fat-fat, but Im thick. I have heard that 6-8 glasses of water makes you lose weight. Also 24 oz of milk a day does the same. Does hoodia work, I kind of want to look into it. I love dancing, so I might just dance 30 minutes a day or somethin to fulfill my physical actiity needs. Any suggestions? I want to look better :)

- heyyy...i model so heres a trick iuse when you feel hungry,before you eat drink a few (2 or 3) glasses of water, and then eat..this will helo you fill up b4 u eat so when you do , you dont over eat. also eat slowly,that way you know when you are full i hope i can help

- Drinking water and milk won't help you lose weight and don't try any pills...if you want to lose weight the only decent way is exercise, since you have a big butt and thick legs, running/jogging will help you burn fat for sure, even dancing...fat in your lower body is harder to get rid of and will probably take about 45min of good workout each time....if you are just starting out do whatever you feel ok doing, you don't want to pull a muscle when your body isn't used to working out...drinking water would help somewhat but not by itself, of course it is better than sodas and you would lose weight that way
