How to lose inches


how to lose weight. i need some serious help! =X?

okay so im 14 years young. 5`5 and 120lbs. and it may not seem it but obv. u cant see me. but im pretty chunky. my butt is like huge along with my theighs and stomach. i wanna lose i wanna say 10lbs and shed some inches off me stomach. and i wanna do this in four weeks? pleaes dont suggest rediculous things cause im only 14 and i cant like buy anything so please help. =]

  2. Running will melt the pounds like ice cream in a microwave. You have to run a lot though, but it's VERY worth it. You might not see a big change in pounds, but you will in body fat. The reason you might not see a huge change in pounds is because you'll be toning and building up muscle in your legs, and muscle (as you probably know) weighs more than fat. You may actually gain a few pounds (muscle) at first, so don't freak out if that happens! Also make sure you stretch very well before as well as after, or you might pull a major muscle and not be able to run at all for a week or so. Oh yeah, if it's cold outside don't run as much and also stretch during your running. Good luck!
