i have been exercising for the last seven months and have lost only 6 pounds .Need to lose 14 pounds ?

- dont diet just eat 7 small portions a day
- It's better than having gained 6 pounds. You may need to do a lot more cardio. Do at least a half an hour a day (better to do an hour) along with your regular workout and that should help. I am 5'4" and weigh 135 and I need to lose about 10 lbs so maybe I should take my own advice and get my butt to the gym :)
- have you been watching what youve been eating?
- I wouldve lost a lot more in thtat time... I am 5'4 and wiegh 119. Maybe you should run in the morning and at night and eat only healthy [tuna or something] sandwiches and salads. Also there is a special body clense thing [sry I dont have more info on that] that my grandma was on for 8 weeks and she lost ALMOST 20 pounds. Its heathly and helps you shed! Look up something along those lines! Good luck.
- Try drinking 3 cups of green tea every day. Green tea adds more antioxidents to your system and promotes fat to burn faster.
- make sure u cut out crisps n choc....lotsa fruit n veg ...don,t eat too late at night.not too much alcohol..cuz tis very fattening..i have lost 20lbs in 10 weeks..just having a well balenced diet..drink plenty of water.
- You want to make sure you are exercising in a way that tones your muscles rather than builds mass. Muscle weighs more than fat. So, I would suggest eating healthy and doing repetitive type exercises like aerobics, running, bicycling... things like that. If you are using weights at all, use a lower weight and do more repetitions to tone the muscles. Eating frequent small, healthy meals keeps your metabolism working at a higher rate and that burns off fat and calories as well. Hope this helps and good luck!
- Why do you need to loose 14 lbs.? Muscle weighs more than fat perhaps you've gained muscle.
- Are you watching what you eat? Try counting your calorie and fat content; it will help. I do Weight Watchers, which is a great program, and if you follow it, you will lose. Good Luck!
