Im 5 feet 8 inches and weigh 230lbs... Is This Duable? with proper diet and exercise?

  1. yes it is..i have given up sugar and pop and have lost 12 in january alone. My goal is just like yours. I eat only sugar free yogurt, ice cream, fat free chips, very small portions..it is doable.
  2. yep. try the south beach diet, you lose lots of weight in the beginning, and it is SUUPER healthy. plus going to the gym for a couple hours a day is really good. a healthy balance of diet and excersize is the best way to lose weight. and when I say diet I mean the way you eat, not actual dieting. the south beach diet is how to eat for life, not a couple-week diet.
  3. Sure it's DOABLE, but if you lose it that fast you'll gain it all back and maybe more. The body is VERY conservative and losing weight that fast would ffreik your body out. 2 and 1/2 lbs. each week is good.
