Lose Weight...?

I have been wanting to lose weight for a year now but I have never followed through.. There is a dance in a month at school and I'd like to lose at least 20 pounds. Is there a healthy way to lose 20 pounds in one month for a male? Please help me out.

  2. It's generally not safe to lose that much weight in a short period of time. You can lose 1-2 pounds a week and keep it off. If you lose that much weight that fast it'll take drastic measures and once you stop the weight will come back so what's the point?
