Hi, Im 5 Feet 8 inches And Weigh 235lbs.. (Fat) With Good Diet And Exercise, Can I Lose 52lbs?? I Want To Get Down Too 183lbs By June 20th Is This Doable???

  2. Yes you can. ABSOLUTELY I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it. 1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism. 2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water. It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.   4. i lost 60 lbs in 5 months.. but im 6'0" and was 225.. youre going to have to have extreme focus and determination to be able to accomplish it though.. and it will be one of the hardest things you will ever have to do
  5. It's not safe to loose more than 2lbs a week. Men have a much easier time than women loosing weight, and age plays a factor into it as well. Speeding up the weight loss will not only set yourself up for gaining the weight back, plus some, but it will also be robbing your body of nutrients it needs to function at its fullest.
  6. The atkins diet will work as well. You can lose the weight on atkins without the exercise if you follow it properly. The exercise will just tone you up and help slim you down. Atkins is tough if you really love things like noodles or sandwiches or fruit. But if you dont mind loading up on veggies and meat, it'll work great.
