I am needing to lose 2 inches from my waist in a week, can anyone give me some ideas, i got some water pills, and i've been doing about 2 horus of cardio and watching what i do. The reason is that I need to get measured for my military thing, and i'm exactly 2 inches off, ironically i'm in good physical shape, i'm just a big guy, i weigh more than the weight requirement, and i have always as well as everyone in my family, held weight in my waist. so any tips to just drop those 2 inches off fast would be appreciated. I got a caliper test done and i have about 20% body fat, not great, but the military asks i be at 25 percent but with there measurement i am about 26%
